I hate to do this, but I feel like I got to agree with Todd Rokita on something.

Okay.

Todd Rokita is the Attorney General for the state of Indiana.

And he came out, Capital Chronicle, other publications have an article about this,

and basically said, hey, there is legal precedent.

If you're a school system and you've got these teachers celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk, you got the president to fire them, to get rid of them, suspend them, whatever you want to do.

You're in good legal footing if you want to do that.

Yeah, he sent out a six-page memo to school superintendents and also university administrators.

And he said, you've got the legal authority to punish educators for divisive or offensive political speech. They've got morality clauses,

right? Well, that's right. So any T, almost all T, I assume all teachers still do, but part of your contract with whatever school district you work for is a morality clause, right? And government workers collectively usually have this. Now that sounds laughable, right? But some of the behavior we see from government, people, employees, whatever.

And it's not just government. A lot of corporations, whatever, have these things in contracts where, hey, if you do anything

to embarrass this company, this entity, whatever, we have the right, based on your own behavior to throw you

out of here. And basically what the attorney general is saying is, hey, celebrating the death of an

innocent person who did nothing wrong. This is not doing a cheer when they announced we got Osama bin Laden,

the guy who blew up the Twin Towers.
