And, you know, Korea is preparing for that announcement now.

The acting police chief is planning to mobilize 14,000 policemen, and they are preparing for

this announcement. So far, since the martial law and impeachment, there's been relatively no political

violence, unlike the 1980s, and I hope that continues, but the police are preparing for the worst,

and of course they need to anticipate and be prepared in order to prevent that.

But I'm optimistic that there will not be political violence.

There will certainly be protests, large protests.

The U.S. Embassy is warning Americans to avoid areas

where there may be protests around the court and other key locations. But I'm optimistic that

the Korean people, regardless of the outcome, are going to try to continue to, it will continue

to make their democracy work.
