Party establishment. There's just simply no reason California can't pass it. They should have the

money. They have a surplus, and they have a supermajority Democrat Congress, and they still can't

agree on it. Why? Well, I explain in the opening. Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom, the governor there,

is focused on closing death row, even though California doesn't even

do executions anymore, and children are masked while he and Garcetti and celebrity class

go around the NFL games without mass on. What is going on in the Golden State? It is totally

clueless out there and very, very strange and something to behold. Mayor Pete is showing his inner Napoleon by wanting

to dole out billions and billions of dollars worth of robot tickets to taxpayers. And this really

could be devastating for his career and it's even being called racist. I explain why and why you're

about to get dinged for a bunch more tickets if Pete gets his way.

Plus, I get a chance to weigh in on the latest in the Joe Rogan Spotify cancellation saga

where the super popular podcast host issued a semi-apology and actually vowed to change his show

to make it more balanced. Why didn't Joe just tell everyone to F off? I hope the

corporations haven't gotten to him, and I hope he's making some sort of a grand calculation
