of the Trump administration, of Trump's first term, shall we say, in case he has another. I haven't

1:34.6

wanted to talk about this on the air on my radio show. It's not really the place for it. But I do

1:40.2

want to share a few thoughts here. So instead of releasing our scheduled episode, which is with the extraordinary individual,

1:48.1

Kurt Fernley, who you'll hear from next week, I thought we should just try to unwrap some of this

1:54.8

and hopefully help you to think about it.

I have long publicly held that courts are too overweighted in American democracy

and that it's foolhardy to entrench rights too much in the justice system rather than

2:12.3

in the legislative branch, which I think is where we in a democracy should come to decisions about big issues

like abortion.
