the Colorado Supreme Court upholds the conviction of a Teller County man guilty in

murdering his fiancé, the mother of his child, his fiance, Kelsey Barrett, last seen

at a Woodland Park Safeway Thanksgiving Day. She was speaking to her mom on the phone about recipes.

Her phone then pained in Gooding, Idaho days later.

Now, years later, her body still has not been found.

Why?

I think because Patrick Frazy burned it.

And of course, Frazy appeals his conviction.

What do we know about the facts and the evidence that landed him behind bars?

Thanksgiving is the last known time Kelsey Barrett was seen in public.

It was at this Safeway store where she was captured by the store's security cameras.

Cheryl Barreth says she spoke with Kelsey by phone that day twice.
