All right, so if you criticize the course of justice here, you are attacking the hardworking men and women, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, this is the game, of course it's played, you better keep your mouth shut because, you know, you're attacking this institution, attacking the institution, and then the other clip, which I got into a little bit more detail earlier in the show about, but it's the key point of saying, you know, the whistleblowers allegations was that the U.S. Attorney David Weiss had his hands tied, and did you tell him no?

On things like getting a search warrant for the garage in Wilmington, and the storage locker in DC, did you tell him no? Was he told no? And notice how Merrick Garland dodges that question? Take a listen. You said previously you stayed out of the Hunter Biden investigation, it's been on David Weiss to figure that out. Can you once and for all shed a little light? There seems to be a little confusion on what's going on here. I'll be happy to. As I said, at the outset, Mr. Weiss was appointed by President Trump as the U.S. Attorney General

Kennedy and Delaware, and assigned this matter during the previous administration, would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to, and in any district in which he wanted to. Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority. I don't know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution, given that he has this authority.

He's never told no. I'd say he was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own.

See that? How he dodges that? He was never told no. He was given all authority. Now, the special counsel, Jack Smith, is going after Donald Trump again. This time, according to a story from CNN, he's giving immunity deals to the quote-unquote fake electors. They were never fake electors.

Let me explain the conspiracy theory that the United States government wants you to believe about January 6th, ready?

And I've said a million times. January 6th was a riot. It was on call for the property damage, all the other things. I've denounced all that, but I've said repeatedly what it's not. It was never an attempt to overthrow the United States of America. It was never going to happen. It wasn't that. It was never going to be it. It couldn't be that.

But the government conspiracy is this, ready? On January 6th, they were going to overthrow the government and install Donald Trump as president. How? How? Explain that to me.

Well, they were going to kill Mike Pence, okay? And then what? Well, then Trump will be president again. How?

There's no logical answer here. They were going to go in there and they were going to convince the members of the Congress to reject the electoral college results.

And they were going to intimidate them to do in that and hold a gun to their head and even though they didn't have any guns. And they were going to do that and they were going to overthrow the government and put Trump in his president.

There was never a way for January 6th to actually be an overthrow of the government. There was no way. That's why seditious conspiracy is a laughable over prosecution.

And that's how they got those proud boy members. Seditious conspiracy. And that's what they're going to do to Trump. This is what they're going to do.

And I'm only saying this because I want you to know what they're up to. He does not deserve any of this. He said we're going to march down the Capitol peacefully.

Some people rioted that many people did. They shouldn't have. They should not have done that. Other people were very peaceful inside the Capitol building. It is the people's house. I don't think they ever should have faced any charges.

And these January 6th prisoners have had their six amendment rights completely abused by the government. But the point is that none of them were actually ever going to overthrow the government.
