His name is Rob Arnott and he is the creator and chairman of Research Affiliates, a fundamental

indexing firm that has strategies that manage over $200 billion in assets.

Rob is perhaps best known for popularizing the concept of fundamental indexing, often

called smart data, although he has takes issue with that moniker, he thinks it's just

become a marketing term.
