My name is Chris Trevino.

I want to start off by applauding your curiosity for clicking on this specific podcast with no idea for what it is.

Clearly, it's not a peristop podcast.

There's no boss man.

This certainly isn't Helium Boys or Two Star.

Trust me, this won't be two hours.

And I don't see Harvey Hyde anywhere around here.

So again, what is this? Well, here's a little secret listener.

I don't really know either. This is just an idea, one that started about a year ago,

about doing something around USC road games. The idea of trying to stitch together a show on the road. I got a

test run with the Helium Boys episode this past spring, and I just wanted to try it out during

the season. The podcast is a few people in a room or over Zoom links chatting. I wanted something

that wasn't as polished and sterile. I wanted something with bumps

and bruises, maybe a little too loud, maybe a little beer soaked, a little aggressive but also friendly.

Road games are important. They are messy and chaotic. They can also be super fun or dreadful.

We won't talk about last year that much.

But not a lot of people get to go and see their favorite team on the road.

So I wanted to try and capture a road game in a little audio bottle.

Not a real thing, by the way, I checked.

And to bring it to you, the listener.
