Summary
Today we covered a range of bizarre and tragic stories from across the country and around the world. We start with the tragic story of Scotty Jackson, who was beaten to death while delivering firewood in Texas.
Moving on to another disturbing incident, human remains consisting of a head and hands were discovered at a recently sold home in Grand Junction, Colorado. The cause of death is unknown, but it is being investigated as a homicide. The previous residents had moved out earlier in the day, and the new owners discovered the gruesome remains when people came to pick up a deep freezer that was posted online.
In Broadquist, seven rare Aldabra tortoises were found dead, raising questions about how and why they ended up there. These tortoises, which are considered vulnerable and can fetch a high price, were found in Ashcliff's Forest, causing concern among authorities.
Shifting gears, we discuss a criminal in Monroe, Louisiana, who was found hiding in a dryer during a raid.
In another international news story, a suspected cult leader and 94 others were charged with murder in Kenya. Over 400 people, including many children, were found dead, showing signs of starvation and strangulation.
We also cover the escalating vehicle theft problem in Oakland, California and much more on todays drop!
