today. Joining us is Jessica Gartenstein. She graduated from the University of Chicago in June,

and we featured her here right on the show as an entrepreneur of the week because she's the

creator of the non-dairy ice cream. It's called Fron. It's bananas, honey, and a hint of lemon

juice, and she won this big challenge. It was the new venture challenge at the Booth School of

Business at the University of Chicago, and they won some funding for that. And now she's on her way, building
