We have an awesome show for you today, an incredible guest. His name's Jake Saracek. He's a New York-based

filmmaker who just finished up filming a weekend-long mini-documentary on a college football weekend.

In the south, he picked the Ole Miss LSU game to come to, and boy, did he pick one hell

of a weekend. As you'll hear in this podcast, I got connected with Jake. About a month prior to the Ole Miss LSU game, he pitched me his idea, which the idea was

to do a one weekend long mini doc to pitch to Netflix, among other production companies,

in the effort to try to gain funding for a season-long documentary. So he selected

Ole Miss LSU because he'd always heard

about Oxford. His grandfather was a big Giants fan, Charlie Connerley, Eli Manning, you get the rest.

So he decided, you know what, I'm just going to do this. I'm going to come down to Oxford,

Mississippi, and do it. So he was here all weekend. I met up with him a couple of times,

tried to see him around as best I could. And so if you want a firsthand account of a New Yorker's

first experience in Oxford, Mississippi on one hell of a weekend, this is the podcast for you.

We went through what he thought of Oxford, how he went about creating and filming the documentary,
