We've got an interesting show for you today. I was kind of between

posting a show yesterday and today, and I'm glad in hindsight I held off a little bit. It's

been a little bit of a crazy day in the news cycle regarding Lane Kiffin and Auburn and the

Tigers courtship of Lane Kiffin to become the next head coach of their football program. I talked

to Chase Parham for about 45 minutes about where all this is headed,

not necessarily specifically where he thinks this is going from Elaine Kiffin to Auburn perspective,

but what these jobs are, the role in NIL and keeping coaches in making your job attractive,

and then also keeping them once they're there.

And what that becomes in the next couple of years of college athletics is this weird

ecosystem continues to try to find a way to level out after about two years of utter chaos.

So got into a lot of that.
