Welcome to the naughty but nice share. I'm your host, Rob Shooter, and it is Tuesday, which means my dear friend, Delano Dixon, Miss T. joins us. Hey, Miss The, are you there? I am. Oh, we had some fun yesterday, didn't we? Explade, do explain. Oh, I will. We were on Good Day, New York together. It's a morning show here in New York City talking about the Super Bowl and Rihanna, of course. And we just had so much fun. We were just giggling and talking and it was a blast. I love doing things. You know, when you get to work with your friends, life is better. And so sometimes doing those live TV, not when they're taped,

but when they're live, there's a little extra pressure. You can get a little bit nervous.

I'm sitting in the green room and the minute you walked in this day, it was like,

ha, a weight off my chest to see a friendly face. It's so much fun. I love doing these TV segments with you.

You're really good at it. I watched the show. I taped it and I watch it to give myself notes,

not for my vanity necessarily, although I do feel like I could lose a few pounds, but I watched it

and I was like, my goodness, we are good at this absolutely and you know why because I learned

from the best I learned from you you're very sweet we should say though because we don't we don't

hold anything back on this show the night before we had to send our notes so producers ask that

you're sending your notes so they know your

bullet points, what you're going to talk about. And I forwarded my notes to Ms. D. Normally you don't

share them with the other people on the panel, just the producers. And we're friends, though,

so I shared my notes. Ms. D, I do a good note.

You did. I wrote that. Darn. Maybe that was the word in saying this is very thorough. So we make a

good team. Maybe we should start a podcast. Right, right. Do the work. I say it to people all the time.

When people come up to me and ask, how do I get on TV? How do I do this? How do I do that? How do I

become a podcast host? You got I do this? How do I do that? How do I become a podcast

host? You got to do the work. This is my thousand, maybe 50,000th time of being on TV. I did the

work like it was my very first time. Do the work and you will set up success. Let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
