Have you ever had one of those days where Montel Jordan's this is how we do it just plays

on an endless loop over and over in your head? And when I say an endless loop, I mean

just the hook because I don't remember the other words. Yes, except I think a different

way. I'll sing it. And so this is how we do it. I'll sing. When we do it, it dances now.

Now you get that. That's that song was that actually was a a as as we've mentioned

on previous podcasts, I went to college with with Mike's older brother and we worked at

a college radio station called Z89 Syracuse. And that was a that was a Z89 era song, Montel

Jordan. That was like, let me say that there are many eras. Everybody thinks they're, you

know, the era when they were growing up was the best era in music or whatever. But 90s

era, R&B, all of the night was was something special. I mean, there was all kinds of great

R&B during the 90s. I mean, there was the gross deep voice R&B like key sweat and R

Kelly. But like there was, you know, boys to men was the 90s and babyface and 112 and 90s

era R&B was good stuff. Peaches and cream. Peaches and cream. Mark Mark Morrison was return

to the Mac. Who was this is how we do it was who I can't remember who Montel Jordan.

That's right. So anyway. So in a minute, I want to get to or to the probably the second

half of the podcast, rather than going through we were it was a requested on Twitter yesterday

from not your very own Jake Pavorsky, but a different different Jake requested that we
