All right, Rico, you asked T.J. Lang, a critical question. He's going to offer a critical answer.

Go ahead, answer it. Yeah. I didn't really get to the point where I felt like it was necessary,

where it's like, man, this whole thing looks just jacked up and unfamiliar and, man, they're a mess right now.

But I think that if I put myself in Coach Campbell's shoes watching that, especially coming

off the Minnesota game, you say, you know, let me start with this.

Your bad games that you played, you're still scoring like 24 points.

Look at other teams that are playing bad games and scoring set. Look, the Packers have lost three games where their defense has held

teams to 16 or fewer points. If we were doing that, it'd be like, yeah, okay, something's

clearly wrong if we can't score 20 points in this league with these guys. But I think that

it was, we have another gear, right?

Like we have another gear that we haven't gotten to yet. If we can mix things up and throw a change up in, and if I can be a little bit more hands-on and be down on the sideline and have that communication and that chemistry during the game, like, yeah, I have experience doing this.

I don't think it was anything looking at John Morton and saying, okay, we've tried this clearly not working out. I got to make a big change. I didn't feel like it was that. And I don't think it was that. I think it was just this offense, man, with the talent that we have, we have another gear, we haven't hit our potential yet. And look, a lot of that... But to make that move, T.J. To make the move and basically strip him of this power. I know they said, well, we work in tandem. He turned John Morton into Circee Lanister and said, just walk. Walk, Wilburne. I disagree. Shane. That's... That's ridiculous. Offensive coordinator's like, yeah, the biggest part of your job is calling plays on Sunday.

But 90% of the other stuff that you do when it comes to preparation and breaking down film and setting up, you know, little things, setting up practices and scripting plays on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday to get the looks that you think you're going to get. Like, it is a massively important job. Okay, so basically he didn't sit him over in the

corner and say, I got this. Okay. Yeah, but it's one thing where, hey, if I feel like nobody knows

his players better than Dan Campbell and nobody knows their strengths and their weaknesses and

what the bread and butter could be

on offense, right?

Like, I don't think this was a damnation of John Morton.

I think it was, we have another gear that this offense is capable of hitting.

And maybe it's a message to the players too.

Like if I was still playing and there was a change like that, you know how I'd feel? I'd feel responsible. I would feel guilty because as players, you take that responsibility. You say, man, like, if I blocked that guy and, you know, on third down and we won that game, like, you know, this guy's not taking this heat. And so if I was in the players' shoes, that's the biggest thing for me.
