They have a North Florida accent.

So they got that great North Florida accent down in Boca, down in Miami.

So it's fun.

But, you know, you feel sorry for the people of New York what's going to happen to them.

Opportunity goes away.

Stop to think about it.

I mean, who wants their rent to go up, right?

But if you're the owner of the building, you're going to have no money to put into renovate
