We have a lot of interesting stories to share with you and we got a new shipment of Ilya

wine. We'll tell you about it in a moment.

First, some breaking news here to the Daily Smash News desk.

We just got a citation forwarded to us, issued to the owners of this property for illegal

fireworks on July 4th and a fine of $1,000.

$1,000.

I just texted Jeff Lewis and I said, can you believe they just issued a $1,000 fine?

And he said the cops came they did they served us a warning

and they didn't write a citation right so we complied we did we never let one off i explained i

explained uh sparklers we were unaware of the illegality and beyond that, we wouldn't do it again.

And they said, okay.

And they left.

Now they got, so some Karen from next door, they see all that on there and the Newport Beach

now decides to issue a citation after the fact like if you get pulled over and you just

talk to the cop and the cop says okay i'm going to let you go with a warning and you drive off

if someone mailed you a ticket a day or two later and said hey here's a ticket for getting stuck it's

called photo radar well no i'm saying you get pulled over by the cop and talk your way out of it for whatever

reason. He gives you a warning and you leave. That's what happened here. They gave us a warning and they left. And you guys saw it. It wasn't like firecrackers. It was more like a sparkler. There was a glorified sparkler. There was big fireworks that people were lighting off right here, right two doors down from us.

Huge.

Oh, like massive.
