All right guys, look, we know what this is. It's my pre-show pitch to try to convert more

free first hour listeners to full two-hour plus show subscribers. And this is a format I've been

using for 10 years now, so I realize that most people who see the value have already pulled the trigger on it,

but now I'm trying to get deep down into those hard-to-reach places and I guess that's you.

Now what can I say that hasn't been said there's only a few ways a

podcast works the big one is ads they suck they ruin the flow of the show and in a lot of

cases they erode the trust and respect I have for hosts that go this route

they shouldn't be promoting

boner pills and hair pills or encouraging a fast track through the therapy

pipeline just because they're getting paid. I've seen nutritionalists break down

some of these ingredients in the athletic health

powders and drinks and surprise they're not as good as they claim to be.

I bought a razor my favorite podcaster said would be Nick Proof Nick myself the first day.

I got sucked into a foam mattress from a guy who said he's

never slept better and I haven't slept good since. And that Irish titles thing everyone was selling

turned out to be a complete scam too. But enough about how my colleagues mouths are for sale to whoever
