Hey, everybody. I just wanted to touch base on some emails I've been getting regarding a past

episode. Last week, we did the episode of Louise Woodward, and I got some emails back stating that

they had thought the evidence against Louise Woodward went more in her favor than I had portrayed.

I don't really agree with that, I'm afraid.

I guess there was some brain injury that the doctors and the defense went back and forth on.

Louise Woodward's attorney, Barry Sheck, did attack.

He attacked every bit of evidence, but what he really attacked

was saying that one of these subdural hematoma is basically a bruise on the brain was old.

And when Louise had jostled the baby in the tub, she had re-aggraved it and that caused the baby's

death. The defense also made a case about the

wrist injury. The baby Matthew had an injury to the right wrist, I believe, and it was fractured,

and the defense was saying that was old as well. Okay, so looking at the case in a light most favorable to the defendants,
