Personal Space is something taught to us as a child. Physical Personal Space that is. But what about setting healthy boundaries for your Mental Personal Space, or Spiritual Personal Space, or Emotional Personal Space?
In today’s episode, Tyra is opening up about her childhood and how a lack of knowledge of personal space and healthy boundaries has landed her in some very uncomfortable situations. It's time to realize that it is okay to take up space and taking up space is a great thing!
