Does China have a similar document?

Rick's answer is forthright about the way People's Republic of China conducts its

international affairs. Here's Rick.

China, in my opinion, John, has been conducting a deception exercise all experts that talk to

Chinese barbarian handlers about nuclear subjects are told China has no

tactical nuclear weapons. I think that's bunk. They've had they have them and

they've had them for a long time. And so yes, China definitely has a plan to use

tactical nuclear weapons.
