1:05.1	to think critically, and to compare what people are saying in the name of God to the
1:09.5	word of God. Yeah, that's, you gotta do that. God's word is true and when people contradict it, well they're liars.
1:20.0	Yeah, that's what it comes down to.
1:22.0	And so you've got to be careful.
1:24.0	Jesus warns us in the last days,
1:25.0	be sure that no one deceives you.
1:28.0	And there's all kinds of opinions.
1:30.0	There's no shortage of opinions running out there regarding who God is and what he's done
1:36.4	and what spirituality is all about and things like that.
1:41.1	The problem is that so many of these opinions are firmly
1:43.6	planted in mid-air they're not firmly grounded in the scriptures themselves so
1:49.2	doing what we got to do here is to compare what people are saying in the name of God to the
1:54.8	word of God because we want you to not be deceived.
1:59.2	And by the way, I'm not exempt from this little exercise.
