Hey everybody, welcome to the Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast, a podcast designed to help

leaders go further, faster, and today we are launching a new format for the Andy Stanley

Leadership Podcast.

We're calling it reverb, and these are going to be conversations that show up the week

after our interviews with special guests, where Susie and I, and I'll introduce you to Susie

in just a moment, are going to sort of rehash the conversation and talk, go a little bit

deeper.

And the reason is this, after we do a podcast with a guest, we sit around in the studio

and we talk about it, and there are so many takeaways, and we've both thought we should

have included that.

So Susie came up with the idea of, hey, let's just create a week after podcasts where

we do exactly that, and for those of you who don't know, Susie is our producer, you've

heard me mention her name from time to time.

She sits behind the glass and says, talk slower, start over, I don't think you meant to say

it that way, she makes me much better than I actually am, and this was her idea, she's

a long time friend, she's actually my agent, and she's one of the smartest people I know,

so when she's introduced the idea of reverb, we decided, well, since it's your idea, you

have to participate, so welcome to this side of the glass.

It's great to be on this side of the sound booth for once, I'm really looking forward
