I'm your host, Ashley, and I'm a registered nurse, functional medicine practitioner.

And today we're going deeper than nutrition.

We're talking about design because I believe with everything I've seen clinically

and everything I've experienced personally,

that so much of what we're seeing right now, the chronic illness, the hormone dysfunction,

the fatigue, the anxiety, it's not random.

It's the result of how far we've drifted from what God originally created, from the food, from the rhythms, from the way we

care about our bodies. Because if you're looking at the beginning, food wasn't confusing. There were no

labels, no ingredient list, and no debates over what was healthy. There was provision, there was

simplicity, and there was design.

And now we're living in a world where food is manufactured, modified, stripped, injected,

preserved, colored, and then marketed as health food. And we wonder why people are sick.
