we set it up again at the 2013 Royal Rumble and the way WWE tried to justify this was,

The idea of course was to make Dwayne Johnson the champion because then when he was doing

his many PR engagements, it could basically serve as one kind of promotional tool.

When you do look at it that way, it does make a lot of sense and just go and look at all

the money WrestleMania 29 made, it was stupid.
