Oh man, just full of mixed emotions today, honestly. Just all over the place so many so many things are happening both good and and and bad and I don't I just don't know where to put myself correctly yeah I'll start with one of the good things. I just got an email that Sweet

Green has finally brought Arrugala back to the menu. Really? Yeah, really. So that's a big, big

dub for me. Common Barrett dub there.

I too enjoy some Arugala. I've recently been mixing in some Arugala and my son's smoothies in the morning

in place of spinach. Okay. It's not going. No, it's not it's not a

smoothie green. It's too spicy. He does not like no I can I can imagine I can imagine but as the

base for a salad or a bowl it's's kind of undefeated in my humble opinion.

If you're my wife, you would like just a pile of it on a freshly made pizza.

Yeah, yeah, I like it's great on pizza.

If I've got a case of it in the fridge I mean I'll just grab a handful

that's that is how much I ride for Arrugala. The only way that I will go to Sweet Green is if they have Arrugala on the menu as I will no longer eat their

remain in any way shape or form.
