We're also going to be discussing making friends and social connections as adults, which the struggle is real.

And health shifts that give you the most bang for your buck when you're not ready to be all in or

Before we jump in there is no question that blue light exposure is something we're all

going to have to proactively manage long term if we want to maintain or

improve our health most people are spending more and more time inside on their phones,

computers, and in front of the TV and studies show chronic blue light exposure

can negatively impact our circadian rhythms, mood and hormones.

This is why I've become really passionate about light optimization and filtering out computer

light and light from your phone, but then also blue light entirely after the sun sets.
