So, will we or won't we? Will they or won't they?

Can we or can't we? These are all the questions we woke up to this morning after Boris Johnson's

route map to a roadmap yesterday revealed some things that kept most of them hidden. Let's have a

quick checkmess, shall we? On schools, probably not opening before March. On travel, you can't

go anywhere without papers that say you're free to go there and you have to have proof of why

you're going there. On quarantine, pay for your own 10-day confinement in a hotel if you're

coming back from some kind of hot country. It doesn't matter whether you have a house here or not.

On restaurants, don't expect a meal out

before May. On exercise, keep walking and running and cycling, but I'm afraid you can't go to a gym.

On hairdressers, just get used to looking like it been dragged through a hedge backwards. I'm afraid so,

yes, I know, that includes me as well. The debate rages on about schools in Cabinet as Gavin

Williamson is pushing to reopen them after February half term.

After all, that's what they said they'd be able to do once they vaccinated enough people.

We'll be speaking this morning to head teacher Catherine Berbel Singh, who thinks we might as well just cancel this academic year and start again.

Also, we might take a little look at what Angela Rain has been saying this morning,

echoing what Kier Starrma said in Prime Minister's questions yesterday, that teachers should be

vaccinated during the half term. Now, it may well be that that's a good idea. However,

the scientists say the teachers are not actually at any high risk of catching coronavirus

in schools from kids.

So who's got it right and who's got it wrong?
