Hurt Locker in Bishop yesterday, but it feels good to sweat. Absolutely. And we have a very special

guest in the waiting room, Rachel Entrican, who is coming off a fantastic podium performance at the

Kianti by UTMB 120K. We're going to hear all

about it. Before we do, we got a couple bits of breaking news to launch into today's show.

We have last week, we mentioned the addition of rich role to the speaker roster at TrailCon.

We got more big news to share here relevant to TrailCon. Ryan, if you could please

Why do I know that name? Number two Trail Runner of the year last year, one of the best athletes

in the sport and a leader off the trail

as part of his, you know, founding membership of the pro trail runners association, the PTRA,

where Francesco does a lot of fantastic work. We were very excited to have him join us at TrailCon.

Also, alongside Tim Tullifson, Travis Tiger, Karen Malcolm, Rich Roll

on day one. We're continuing to fill out the programming and we'll continue to keep everybody

abreast of our progress here over the coming weeks and months. We have an avalanche of very exciting

announcements and routes. So just wanted to fill everybody in here at the top of the show.
