Vanessa? I'm doing very well. Thank you. And you will know Gene from our July 4th, 2020 episode. And Vanessa was on our November 9th, 2020 episode. So today we are going to discuss the

holidays, the holiday season, how difficult it is when you're in a relationship with someone

who is an abuser, a narcissistic abuser, abuser in general, co-parenting with them. Obviously, sometimes when you're not

in a relationship with them anymore, they just can pop out of the woodwork here or there during

the holiday season. And then we're also going to get into the family dynamics of things as

well. And I know that's a big issue for everyone all the time, possibly, not just this season.

You know, when it comes to current relationships with these people, I guess they just want to

cause problems during, uh, this season from, uh, starting arguments or breaking up with you

just before the major holiday is, is kind of going on. It's a very controlling behavior. It's a way

to ruin your time or make everything always about them. They love to

discard you during the season. And they like to set up your expectations during this season,

only to disappoint you. Again, it's done to kind of ruin everything and control everything
