Hey guys, it's Kayla and Candace is unable to join us today, but we are all still so

directionally challenged. We thought we'd have it all figured out by the time we were in our

30s, but surprise, we don't, and that's okay. I'm really excited about today's episode because

we are going to talk about pregnancy. Surprise. I'm pregnant. I don't know if any of you know this

or not. Maybe some of you do. I'm actually pretty far along at this point six months in, and I've

figured let's do an episode about it. Let's talk about it. Let's own it. It's been an interesting

experience. It's been wildly different than my first time around, and I'm definitely going to

get into that on this episode. I haven't shared a lot on social media about it because it's been

something that we've been going through personally, but I love this podcast, and I'd love to be able

to talk openly about things in my life. And so I'm really excited you're here today, and you're

joining us for this episode. Guess who else is joining us today. We have a lovely friend who you

guys have heard before on this podcast, Jenna Ashkowitz Stanley, who was also pregnant at the same

time as me. And so not only is she our dear friend, but she and I are going through a lot of

things together at the same time. For those who have missed her episode before, make sure you go

back and listen. But I have to tell you all about her just because she's incredible. She is a

South Korean born American actress, singer, producer, and podcast host. She's known for her performances

in Broadway musicals such as The King and I and Waitress, and in her iconic role as Tina Cohen

Chang on the Fox comedy drama series Glee. She is a two-time Tony Award winner for her work as a

producer of the musical once on this island and the Broadway play The Inheritance. You can see

her on a new show coming out this season that we are not really allowed to discuss just yet, but we

will keep you posted on it. It should come out soon. And not only that, she is adding Mama to her
