Summary

Before we jump into December, I wanted to bring back an episode that just hits perfectly right now. And yes - I know I’ve already dropped a couple of holiday episodes this month, but this one is definitely worth revisiting. So I thought: what better moment to replay this conversation with my good friend and professional organizer, Tracey Showalter? She’s amazing at helping people create calm in busy seasons, and she’s full of simple, practical tips that actually make the holidays feel lighter. Plus - we have that hilarious little debate about whether or not to send Christmas cards. If you’ve ever questioned if they’re worth the effort, you’re gonna relate.

----------------------------------------

For many, the holiday season often stirs up a range of emotions. Whether it's juggling multiple social gatherings, engaging in conversations with family members, or managing the responsibilities of hosting (and maintaining a picture-perfect home for holiday cards), the pressure can outweigh the joy we associate with this time of year. BUT FRET NOT - there are solutions for you and I'm bringing in a good friend to help - professional organizer, Tracey Showalter.

About Tracey |

Tracey Showalter is a busy mom of three, wife and founder of The LightHouse Co. You can find her running around Columbus from house-to-house, blasting music with a huge smile on her face. She loves to clean + organize. Tracey spent fifteen years in Corporate America before pursuing her dream job of professional organizing - and it has truly changed everything about her life. Her desire is to change her clients lives through decluttering and organizing. Her goal is to restore the wonderful world inside of her clients' four walls (into the LightHouse it was meant to be!)

absolutely worth revisiting. I figured before the month really ram-sump, let's go back to this

If you've ever questioned if they're worth the effort, you're going to relate. So this

So much, don't send up. I don't want them. I follow you on Instagram if you're my real friend. I want all of them. Send them to go. I want all as far as I'm so sad when I received one one year and the next year,

1:12.7

I'm like, oh, I guess I don't like me anymore. It's all funny. No, it is a stupid measurement of

1:19.6

friendship. I understand that. I honestly should receive none because it's probably not healthy for me

1:24.9

to judge myself in that certain way. But I do love it.

1:32.7

I do not think it's a measure of friendship at all. I'm going to go out on the limb here and say I completely disagree with you. I don't think it's a measure of friendship at all.
