How important was it for your team to buy into you, Lee Cockrell, the person, the man, the father, the friend,

before they bought into the company?

How important was that to me to buy into you?

It was a big day, it took time too because I was coming from the outside.

Mariette. I've been in Disney World but I came back here. I never worked in a theme park.

Yeah, I'm charged. You're like, what do you know about running a park?

And it took a while before, but I remember one lady who got promoted,

and she told me one day, she said, Lee, I want to tell you something.

I appreciate you because you let me be me. You didn't try to take over and tell me everything.
