My family, we come from some deep spiritual backgrounds,

going through so many barriers in the deep south and with what happened to Tim.

Solving Tim's murder with the clan and the sheriff department being infiltrated,

there was no intention to have an investigation.

Timothy Coggins is looking to have some fun. Timothy and his younger sister, Talisa, head out to their favorite club in their hometown

of Griffin, Georgia.

Back in 1983, nearly 40 years ago, racial tension was still very high in the South, and especially

so in the small Georgia town.

Timothy's niece, Heather Coggins, remembers the club well.

The people's choice was a predominantly African-American club.
