Renee Diamond, founder of Westchester Academy of Yoga (WAY,) and Joanna Rajendran, author of My Guru Wears Heals, talks with J about the life and legacy of Tao Porchon-Lynch. They each discuss how they found their way to Tao, some of the life experiences that made her so inspirational, the adventures she took them on, wonders they witnessed and what they like to call the "Tao Effect," methods and purpose at work in her teaching, the spirit of connection she facilitated, and the love she embodied and shared with all she met.

0:35.1	I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for some inspiration to strike,
0:39.8	and it just hasn't happened. And now my time's run out. So here we are. I don't know,
0:50.2	I just think that sometimes it's just not easy.
0:55.0	It's not easy to keep myself tuned to the praise song of life that I wish to be singing.
1:02.4	I'm singing it out and life's singing it back to me, but there's all this noise, it seems, in the way that I can't turn down.
1:10.5	It's just everywhere, this noise, this
1:13.1	screaming. And I have to listen so carefully to hear Life singing it back, you know, you have to
1:19.8	tune it out and just find that little frequency, that one little thread where you can hear
1:27.3	it amidst all the noise.
1:30.3	And it's not always that easy, you know?
1:36.5	I just think that the weather took a turn for the cold and dark,
1:41.1	and I feel the anxiety of the pandemic
1:46.0	seeping back in
1:47.4	and I'm just tired too.
