Welcome to episode 31 of Unweetened and Unfiltered.

And today's episode was actually influenced by an open discussion that Zana and I had attended.

And of course, the topic of hijab was brought up.

And as you all may know everybody has their own

opinion on this topic especially in regards to major influencers taking it off but at the end

of the day we also understand that everybody's struggling when it comes to the hijabies the non-jjjabies

and those who were wearing it and decided to take it off i do want to put out a disclaimer in

regards to this episode we are not here bashing anybody that chooses to take it off. I do want to put out a disclaimer in regards to this episode. We are not

here bashing anybody that chooses to take it off. I mean, look at us, Zana, we're not even

wearing it. We understand that everyone is going through things. Everyone has their own personal

struggles, whether they wear the hijab, whether they're struggling to put it on, or whether

they're struggling to keep it on. And we completely understand that.

We respect everyone's opinions.

And we just wanted to have that conversation of what does it mean now that these high

profile people are taking it off?

And how does it affect us?

How does it exactly affect our community?

And should it even affect us on a person-by-person basis?

And so for today's episode, we have a special guest who is Aaliyah.
