weeks ago, we had the second of a pair of episodes

detailing the life and influence of the IFB's most central and influential figure. And this guy

was a pastor named Jack Hiles. We talked about his life, his ministry, his college, his infidelities later years and his death.

But today we are going to talk about his son, David.

So David Hiles is the only son of Jack Hiles.

And he was the heir apparent to his father's ministry.

Jack and his wife Beverly had four children, Becky, David, Linda, Cindy, and they had all grown up during those years of massive growth and change at First Baptist Church of Hammond.
