Yeah man I haven't been getting the best sleep so a few days ago this was this is very exciting stuff but a few days ago I could not fall asleep until legitimately

4.30 in the morning and that was very weird I know why because earlier that day I

ended up taking a nap in the middle of the day which is something that I don't normally do like I'll take a nap but a nap for me maybe 15 minutes

whatever was in the weather that day. Yeah, it was weird and so I think in my head when I tried to go to sleep that day I kind of knew that I was going to be, it was going to be hard to sleep right so and then when it was time to go to sleep I just

wasn't able to fall asleep until 4.30 I was laying in bed. I watched a lot of podcasts and but at one

point I was like laying there trying to make myself fall asleep and that never works.
