And look who is stepping into the next spot in the rotation.

He is one of the brand new Philadelphia Phillies.

He is not new to you baseball fans out there.

Archie Bradley, it is good to see you, my friend. How are you?

It is good to see you too, Chris.

I am, I'm great, man. As we were kind of talking a little

bit beforehand, I'm enjoying this Florida weather right now. It's very nice. Yeah, so this is kind of new for

you, right? You're used to just being out in Arizona, not only for spring training, but for your

entire baseball season. Like, how did you even find a place to live? Like, we don't even think about that stuff as just normal people.

No, and even myself.

I mean, you said it.

I spent 10 years in Arizona and I was super fortunate.

I bought my house in 2014 in the fall league before I made the team in AZ.

I kind of saw all the way things were going.

I was finally, you know, felt like I was

close. And so I ended up buying my house and then made the team in 2015. And so I've known nothing

but living in my own home for my entire career, basically. So this was a huge adjustment

where some guys deal with this every year. But for me, yeah, Airbnb, my agent, kind of all of them

involved helped me find a place out here. Now, I have done these sort of virtual interviews with

plenty of players down in the state of Florida over the years. Did you spend, what did you drop,

like, 300 grand on this place?
