1:09.0	Just to start, I think the best question would be,
1:12.0	what does relevant do in the soccer space?
1:15.0	That's a good place to start. So relevant is an operator and a producer of
1:22.0	international soccer events bringing the top international mainly European football clubs to the United States and to Asia for a tournament every summer.
1:32.0	But we also produce a women's
1:34.6	international soccer tournament that pits the top American clubs from the
1:38.6	NWSL against the top clubs from Europe and we've had a few additions of that.
