We are going to be talking about carrying negative emotions and how to release negative emotions.

Oh, I thought it was just hanging on to it. Yeah, that's just more fun. Let's hang on to it and then like tell

everyone how bad we feel. And letting it eat us from the inside out. Yeah, that sounds fun. But before we get

into that, I'm going to go on a little tangent here.

A few weeks ago, there was something in the headlines regarding Congress had an ability to vote

for something that would have made the school food, the food in our kids' lunches in public schools a little bit healthier.

And the headlines were something like pizza is a vegetable or something like that.

Now, it's a little convoluted.

I've actually done a little bit of research on it, and I don't think it warns getting into

the specific details of it.

But the bottom line is our lawmakers had an ability to maybe make the possibility of getting the lunches.

Healthier.

Healthier.

And they chose not to do that.

Right.

They chose to stay status quo.

Right.

Or they had a chance to block something that would have improved it and they didn't or whatever.

The bottom line is they had a chance.
