So today we're going to be talking about why so many of us might have a difficult time

identifying our emotion. So today we're talking about a topic that can be pretty confusing

for a lot of people. We are talking about what it is when we have a

difficult time identifying our emotions. I remember when I was in therapy with finally a therapist

that I believe changed my life and he helped me recognize that thinking and feeling were not the

same things.

And up until that point in my life, I thought that I had a pretty good handle on what I was feeling.

But it wasn't the case.

What was true was that I was very aware of when I was angry.
