| 3:10.0 | And then... in through your nose and then exhale through your mouth. Oh, As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, let yourself become aware of any tension or discomfort in your body. Breathe into it and release the tension with your exhale. Every time you're breathing, you breathe in new energy and light into those areas. And when you exhale, you release it. Most of us has some limiting beliefs about ourselves that destroys opportunities to grow and to dare to take action. Now bring to mind a limiting belief that you have been holding on to. It may be something like I am not good enough or I'm not worthy of love. I am not worthy of that job. |

| 4:06.0 | Allow yourself to fully feel the weight of this belief. Notice how it makes you feel in your body. As you continue to breathe deeply in and out. |
| 4:48.0 | Imagine that you are surrounded by a warm, glowing light. |
| 5:18.0 | This light represents the energy of your body, feeling you up with this healing energy. Become one with your body. |
| 5:25.0 | Become the observer. |
| 5:37.0 | And as you continue to focus on this belief, Imagine that you're holding it in your hands. |
| 5:47.0 | Take a moment to observe it, to see what it looks like and how it feels in your body. Then slowly and intentionally release the belief. |
| 6:01.0 | Let it go as if you were dropping a heavy object to the ground. As the belief falls away, it disappears into nothingness |
| 6:32.0 | Visualize a right light feeling the space where who you are, a loving, worthy and valuable being. Take a moment to bask in this light, to feel its warmth and radiance. Oh, I'm going to As you release each limiting belief, repeat the following affirmation to yourself, |
