Okay, so let's talk about the relationship between stress and productivity.

One thing I've noticed a lot for people is a subconscious attachment to stress, fear,

and anxiety.

The common one is, if I lose this, I might lose my edge.

If I'm not a ball of tension, then I might not be as good at my job, as good of a parent.

I might not be as vigilant as I need to be.

And so this thing that we condemn, something like stress or anxiety or tension, we often

associate some sort of gain to, and in this case we're talking about it in relationship

to our ability to get things done.

This belief, in my opinion, if it goes unchecked, can very easily lead to a day where we get

wound up, where we feel extra stress, where we get to the end of the day and we're a bit

exhausted, depleted, you know, that's maybe a better case scenario.

I think the worst case scenario is that we can actually go our entire lives exchanging

our happiness, our health, and our well-being for some idea of what we need to achieve in

order to get the irony here is in order to get happiness, health, or well-being.

It's like I need to do all these things so that I am okay.
