Hello, Simon.

So we're going to talk about, Simon. There's so nice of you to include me.

So we're going to talk about your book. It's called Reincarnation Explained. Without religion,

what happens after death, why some children remember past lives and how reincarnation really works.

But before we get into that, is it that you never really were part of some kind of spiritual tradition, the way you were brought up that had anything to do with reincarnation?

That is correct.

And honestly, the reason that I decided to really explore it from the angle without religion is because humans, we verbalize everything.

But as you know, from your extensive research with near-death experiences, people are always saying that they can't really put it into words.

And I think part of the reason that we

struggle with that is because we always have like preconceived ideas of what certain words mean.

And reincarnation is one of those words. We automatically think we know what it means and we put it,

you know, with the religious, um, connotations. And so I'm trying to separate it as it is spiritual, but not just as a spiritual or religious, but more like an energy thing.
