Hi, Joanne. Thanks a lot for coming on the podcast.

Thank you, Simon. It's a pleasure to be here.

I'm going to talk about your book. It's called Eternal You, Proof of Heaven, the Afterlife, and Out of Body Experiences.

But before we get into it, could you tell us, how did it start out for you?

Oh, that's a great question. Well, as you may know, I actually ended my first career as a social welfare administrator and

executive after 33 years. And a funny little story, my husband asked me a little time later,

what did I plan on doing? Because I was actually only in my mid-50s. And I looked at him and I said, well,

to be truthful, the only thing I'm interested in thinking about, talking about, and reading

about is the soul. And he looked at me as if he had seen the ghost and he said, well, what are

you going to do with that? And I truthfully said,

I don't know. And that's the absolute truth. I knew at that point that I just literally wanted to

spend most of my time thinking about what is beyond this level of existence.

And I'm a firm believer, and in fact, the serendipitous events that happen soon after

confirm that my soul had an intention for how I would spend much of my time, you know, from that point on.
