Yo, hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast, or should I say

0:08.6

bonjour, because I am currently in France.

0:11.8

I have been here all week, but don't worry, I am not even going to attempt to say anything

0:16.3

else in French.

0:18.2

So the reason I'm here is because I'm working and I've been delivering a presentation

0:22.7

all about well-being in the modern world. And throughout the week, I've spoken to different people,

1:29.7

and what we can do each day to feel calmer, to feel less anxious, less stressed, to breathe a little

1:38.2

deeper, to drop our shoulders down and feel a little bit more relaxed, and to be able to rest,

1:42.9

recover, digest and sleep. Because sleep,

1:46.6

I know, is an issue for a lot of people. Most of us are not getting enough sleep. Many people

1:51.4

have sleep problems. They find it difficult to fall asleep at night. It might wake up in the

1:55.4

middle of the night and find it very difficult to get back to sleep. And even when the physical body
