One of the subjects that arises again and again in the crypto world is regulation. With so many rug pulls, scams and ways for consumers to lose money in the space, the US Securities and Exchange commission is hard at work attempting to bring about regulation that will help stabilize the space. Today we are delighted to welcome the SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce to the show to answer many of our burning questions. Of course, she can’t talk about pending investigations, but with her stance on crypto, we found the conversation on the government’s role in regulation to be quite refreshing.
This show is NOT regulated, but we do like to stay regular. A little bit of fiber goes a long way. Welcome to episode #627 of The Bad Crypto Podcast.
