0:50.9	Her name is Regina Louise and she was someone who, someone over at my publisher
0:57.0	recommended to me. She just had this fantastic book come out which is called permission granted.
1:02.8	And so she was coming on the show to talk about her new book and in the process I asked
1:09.5	Regina about her first book and the origin of writing it.
1:14.5	And Regina has a really extraordinary story that she has been through 30 different foster
1:21.7	care homes and facilities as a child. And the book that she wrote, which came out in 2013,
1:29.7	was all about that journey and about her having to learn how to feel wanted.
1:35.4	So it's no great surprise that she has come out
1:39.6	as this incredible teacher of self-love with this new book.
