through aromatherapy. This was almost a decade ago. I was kind of going through a period of time where

my anxiety, I've always struggled with anxiety, but it was at an all-time high, and I was,

I somehow stumbled into an aromatherapy course in New York City at the time. And honestly,

just my life has never, I mean, this sounds like a cliche, but my life hasn't
